Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time
In most cases, orders are processed within 1–3 calendar days after payment is confirmed. During holidays or busy seasons, processing may take 1–5 days.

If your order includes special notes or other details that need extra checking, processing may take a little longer.

Shipping & Delivery Time
We ship internationally through reliable shipping carriers. Delivery usually takes 5–15 business days, depending on your location.

Please note that customs checks, holidays, severe weather, and other unexpected shipping delays are outside our control and may affect delivery time.

Tracking Your Order
After payment, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order number and billing email. You can use them to check your order status at muicoo.com/order-tracking/.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive another email with detailed tracking information.

If the tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, we recommend contacting your local courier first, as this is often the fastest way to locate it.

Address Accuracy & Address Changes
Please make sure your full name, shipping address, and phone number are entered correctly at checkout.

If you entered the wrong address, please email us within 2 hours after payment and we will do our best to help. If the order has already shipped, the address can no longer be changed, and refund requests caused by an incorrect address cannot be accepted.

Lost Parcels
If your parcel appears to be lost, we will help you communicate with the shipping carrier. If the carrier officially confirms that the parcel is lost, we will arrange a replacement or a full refund.
