After your payment is completed, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order number and billing email. You can use them to check your order status at muicoo.com/order-tracking/.
Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive another email with detailed tracking information.
In most cases, orders are processed within 1–3 calendar days. During holidays or peak seasons, processing may take 1–5 days.
Delivery usually takes 5–15 business days, depending on your location.
Returns, Refunds & Support
Yes, but only before the allowed deadline.
For non-video orders, cancellation is possible before shipment.
For video orders, cancellation is possible within 6 hours after the packing video is uploaded.
Canceling your order is simple. Just email support@muicoo.com with the email address used for your order and your order number, which can be found in your confirmation email, and let us know you would like to cancel. We usually process cancellation requests within 1 hour of receiving your email, and no later than 12 hours.
For video orders, if the packing video has already been filmed and uploaded, the video service fee included in your order will be deducted, and the remaining balance will be refunded.
Refunds will be sent back to your original payment method.
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and send clear photos of the damaged item.
We will review the issue and offer a replacement or refund if needed.
Because scoop orders are random by nature, personal preference is not considered a valid reason for return or refund after shipment.
