Order Cancellations
For non-video orders:
You can cancel your order before it ships.
For video orders:
You can cancel within 6 hours after the packing video is uploaded.
To request a cancellation, please email support@muicoo.com with your order number and the email address used for the order.
If the packing video has already been filmed and uploaded, the video service fee will be deducted, and the remaining balance will be refunded.
Once the order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and send clear photos of the damaged item. We will review the case and offer a replacement or refund if needed.
About Scoop Products
Scoop products are random by nature. You are welcome to leave a note at checkout with your preferences, but exact items cannot be promised or guaranteed. Personal preference is not considered a valid reason for return or refund after shipment.
Refund Method
Approved refunds will be sent back to your original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.
Return Shipping
Unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
