1. Orders with “Packing Video” You have a 12-hour unconditional refund window after your video is uploaded. If it doesn’t feel right, just let us know within 12 hours, and we’ll refund it.

2. Orders WITHOUT Video You can cancel your order unconditionally at any time BEFORE shipment.

We ship as fast as 12 hours, but sometimes it takes 3–5 days.

This means you definitely have at least 12 hours to change your mind.
