We want your experience with Muicoo to feel clear, comfortable, and worry-free. Below is a simple overview of how cancellations and refunds work.

1. Cancellations & Refunds (Regret Window)

Orders with a Scoop Video
  • If your order includes a scoop video, you may request a refund within 12 hours after the video is uploaded.
  • If it doesn’t feel right, just let us know within this window — we’ll refund it unconditionally.
Orders without a Video
  • If your order does not include a video service, you may cancel unconditionally at any time BEFORE shipment.
  • We typically ship within 12 hours to 5 days, so please contact us as soon as possible if you change your mind.

Please Note: Once a package has shipped, or the 12-hour video window has passed, refunds are no longer available.

2. About Scoop Products

Scoop items are drawn through a random selection process. Notes left at checkout help us personalize your box, but they cannot guarantee specific items and do not qualify as grounds for return.

3. If Something Arrives Damaged

If any item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • clear photos of the item
  • clear photos of the packaging

Once reviewed, we’ll arrange a replacement or provide a suitable solution.

4. Return Eligibility (When a Return Is Authorized)

If a return is approved:

  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
  • Unauthorized returns may be refused.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility (unless the issue was our error).

5. Refund Method

Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times vary depending on your payment provider.
