If the tracking page shows “delivered” but you have not received the parcel, please contact your local courier first for the quickest resolution.

To avoid delays or lost parcels, please make sure that:
- Your full name, complete address, and phone number are correct.
- If you live in an apartment or building, include your floor, room, or unit number.
🔒Address Changes
If you need to modify your address, please contact us before your parcel is shipped.
Once a parcel has been dispatched, the address cannot be changed or rerouted.
We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by:
- Incomplete or incorrect address
- Missing apartment / unit number
- Recipient unavailable to receive the parcel
📬Delivery Issues
If your parcel encounters a shipping issue, we will do our best to assist.
Lost Parcels
- We will assist you in communicating with the courier.
- If the courier confirms the parcel is lost, we will provide a replacement or full refund.
Parcel Returned to Sender
- If a parcel is returned due to incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or recipient unavailability,
- a reshipping fee will apply.
